Product Maintenance

For almost 40 years, we have offered our business and government clients the best reputation in the industry for quality and longevity – all of our high-density mobile systems are proudly made here in the USA. We are committed to environmental sustainability and have well-established “green” manufacturing processes in place to minimize the impact on our environment. This means our system is designed to provide increased functionality as your needs change over the years.

Service Call
If you ever do have a service issue, our own certified service technicians are available to assist you. A technician will be out to repair your system by the next business day – or, if possible, on the same day you call! Our normal response hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. We also offer after-hours service for an extra fee. Warranty: For the first year following installation, all parts and labor will be covered under warranty and repaired at no charge to you.

Extended Maintenance
You have the option of extending the protection on your system after the warranty expires by purchasing a maintenance agreement. In addition to continuing to cover all parts and labor, your maintenance agreement will also provide annual maintenance to keep your system efficient.

Time & Material Service
If you decide to forgo the maintenance agreement, we will still gladly service your system on a Time & Material basis and you will still enjoy our timely response. When you call to place a service call, please have a purchase order or credit card number to authorize payment for the service call. Unfortunately, we will not be able to schedule service until we have payment authorization (a PO or credit card number, or unless it is covered under warranty or a maintenance agreement.)

Additional Services
We provide storage solutions for information centers and libraries, records and archival collections, supply and distribution centers, law enforcement evidence and personnel duty lockers, military and police weapons storage and museum collections storage.

We can assist you with professional services for files moves, file conversions and color labels and print systems. In addition, we offer a true thin-client, feature rich, enterprise record management software.
